Set Attack
Setting in Game Atmosphere, Conditioning , G/T
-Line them up: Assign equal number of players to each side of court. 6v6, Coach initiates with toss.
- Set over net
-Players run and touch back line after setting
-Key Points: One contact per side. Winner of rally gets next initiated ball.
-Make it a game: Winner of rally gets point. Game to 25.
