No excuses weekend

Yes it is November and there will be some weather across the country this weekend, but don't let that stop you from finding a way to be active and healthy. Get to a gym, play some indoor soccer or tennis, hop on your stationary bike, do something to get the heart rate going. Then, when you sink in to the comfortable chair to watch the weekend's football and basketball you'll feel like a champ! Have a great weekend!
